Custom Wedding florals
We love designing for weddings! Working closely with you and your team, we create a cohesive, curated, and custom floral design inspired by your aesthetic, the season, and wedding location. Our plan encompasses all aspects of your wedding day and our service includes both florals and decor. We are onsite for set up and design transition, and return for breakdown at the end of the night. With thoughtful intention and a personalized approach, we look forward to creating artistic and sophisticated designs for your memorable day.

1. hello
If we are available on your date, we will schedule a 30-minute consultation call. During our call we will get to know each other - it’s very important to us that we are a perfect fit. We will discuss your wedding day details and vision, view your inspiration imagery, and explore how we can create a unique and special design for you.
2. Getting to know you
We will create a cohesive wedding floral proposal based on our conversation. Within the proposal you will find the details of your design and pricing. We will provide one revision of our initial proposal to reflect any desired changes.
3. Proposal
Once you accept the proposal you will receive a proposal package that contains the details of your day, a contract, and payment schedule. Once your contract is signed and your deposit is received, we will begin preliminary work for your wedding.
4. Booking Stem & Thistle
In the months leading up to your wedding, we will coordinate with your wedding team and stay in contact with you and/or your wedding planner. Six weeks prior to your celebration we will schedule a call to review/confirm floral and decor details, timeline, and all other pertinent aspects relating to your day. We are available to you if any questions or needs arise.
5. Staying connected
This is when all of our planning culminates into a beautiful day! We will see you when we deliver your personal florals. Our team will be on site to set up and breakdown at the venue. If your design requires a room transition or a movement of floral pieces, we will remain at the venue until everything is complete.
6. Wedding Day!
Elopements
Elopements may be small but are just as special, significant, and romantic as full-service celebrations. We love creating beautiful florals to make your elopement memorable and personal. Whether it's a bouquet, boutonniere, floral crown, floral collar for your furry family member, centerpieces for an intimate brunch, lunch or dinner, we would love to create it for you!
